Plans
OSENBOLT offers a free plan to get started and paid plans that raise your limits as you grow. Each plan sets how many contacts you can store, how many emails and AI actions you can use per month, how many mailboxes you can connect, and how many team members you can invite. The current plans and prices are on the pricing page.
Credits
Some usage is measured in credits that refresh each billing period. There are two kinds:
- Outreach credits: used as you send email through the platform.
- AI credits: used by the assisted features that help you write and analyze.
Your plan includes a monthly amount of each. Depending on your plan, a portion of unused credits may roll over into the next period. You can see your current usage in your billing settings.
Billing cycle and payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never store your full card details.
- Prices are shown in euros and exclude VAT, which is added where the law requires it.
Upgrading and downgrading
- Upgrade: takes effect immediately, so your new, higher limits are available right away.
- Downgrade: takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for until then.
- Cancel: your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew after that.
What happens to data if you downgrade
Downgrading lowers your limits but does not delete your data. If you are over a new limit, you keep what you have but may need to stay within the limit before adding more. Nothing is removed without your action.Refunds
Except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise, payments for periods already elapsed are not refunded. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
