Getting started

Do I need a special email account to use OSENBOLT?

No. You connect your existing Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP account and send from it. See Mailboxes.

How many contacts should my first campaign have?

Start small, around twenty to fifty people. A small first send lets you check your message, links, and deliverability before scaling up.

Does OSENBOLT send from its own servers?

No. Email goes through your connected mailbox, so it comes from your real address and arrives like a normal message.

Sending and campaigns

Why are my emails not all going out at once?

OSENBOLT sends on a schedule, within your daily limit and sending window, to protect your sender reputation. The rest wait in the queue for the next available slot. See Campaigns and sequences.

What happens when someone replies?

The sequence stops for that person so they do not get another follow-up, and the reply appears in your Inbox.

Can I pause a campaign and resume it later?

Yes. Pausing holds everyone in place, and resuming picks up exactly where it left off, so no one is skipped or sent to twice.

Can different campaigns send from different mailboxes?

Yes. Each campaign can use its own mailbox, and each mailbox sends on its own schedule and counter, independently of the others.

Metrics

Why does a campaign show, for example, 56% completed but also say it is complete?

Fifty-six percent reached the end of the sequence successfully. The rest finished in another state, such as bounced or stopped after a reply. A campaign is complete when nothing is left in progress. The full breakdown is explained in Analytics and metrics.

My open rate looks too high. Is it wrong?

Open tracking is a directional signal, not an exact truth. Some security scanners load the tracking pixel automatically, which inflates opens. We cap displayed rates at one hundred percent and show raw counts for transparency.

What bounce rate is too high?

Keep bounce rate under about three percent. Above that, pause and clean your list to protect deliverability. See Deliverability.

Team and account

How do I invite a teammate?

Owners and admins invite from Settings, then Team. Enter the email, pick a role, and send the invite. See Team and roles.

What can a Viewer do?

A Viewer has read-only access. They can see campaigns, contacts, and analytics but cannot change anything or send.

What happens to my data if I disconnect a mailbox?

The stored access tokens are deleted immediately and sending from that account stops. Your campaigns and contacts stay in the workspace.

How do I cancel my plan?

Cancel from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew. See Billing and plans.

Compliance

Is cold B2B outreach allowed?

It depends on where your recipients are. In the EU, a legitimate interest can be a valid basis for relevant B2B outreach, while other regions have their own rules. You are responsible for sending lawfully. See Security and privacy and our Privacy Policy.

Do my emails include an unsubscribe option?

Yes. Every campaign email includes an unsubscribe option and the standard List-Unsubscribe header, and opt-outs are honored immediately.
