Inviting a teammate
Workspace owners and admins can invite others from Settings, then Team. You enter the person's email, choose a role, and send the invite. OSENBOLT creates a secure invite link that the person uses to join. When they accept, they become an active member of your workspace.
- 1Open Settings, then Team.
- 2Enter the teammate's email address and pick a role.
- 3Send the invite and share the link if needed.
- 4Once they accept, they appear in your Members list.
The roles
Roles decide what a person can do. They go from the most access to the least:
- Owner: full control, including billing, deleting the workspace, and transferring ownership. There is always at least one owner.
- Admin: manages the team, mailboxes, settings, campaigns, and contacts. Cannot delete the workspace or transfer ownership.
- Manager: runs the day-to-day outreach, including campaigns, contacts, and workspace sending settings.
- Member: creates and edits campaigns, templates, and contacts, and sends.
- Viewer: read-only. Can see campaigns, contacts, and analytics but cannot change anything or send.
Changing someone's role
Owners and admins can change a member's role at any time from the Members list. Pick a new role from the dropdown next to their name and it takes effect right away. A couple of guardrails keep the workspace safe:
- Only an owner can grant the owner role to someone else.
- You cannot remove or demote the last remaining owner, so a workspace is never left without one.
Removing a member or invite
Owners and admins can remove a member, which ends their access immediately, or revoke a pending invite that has not been accepted yet. Removing a member does not delete the work they created; that stays in the workspace.
Access is enforced everywhere
Roles are not just labels. A viewer who tries to change something is blocked, and the controls they cannot use are hidden or disabled for them. This keeps your workspace predictable and safe as your team grows.Related reading
