Inbox and replies
Outreach is about the conversations it starts. The Inbox brings replies from your connected mailboxes into one place so you can act on them.

What the Inbox shows
When someone replies to a campaign email, OSENBOLT detects it, stops the sequence for that person so they do not get another follow-up, and shows the reply in your Inbox. You see who replied, which campaign it belongs to, and the message itself.
How reply detection works
OSENBOLT watches the connected mailbox for new messages that land in the threads it started. A genuine reply from your recipient counts as a reply and stops the sequence. The system also recognizes a few things that are not real replies, so your numbers stay honest:
- Out of office: automatic away messages are detected and kept separate from human replies.
- Bounces: delivery failure notices are treated as bounces, not replies.
- Your own sent copies: a copy of a message you sent is never mistaken for an incoming reply.
Why reply detection protects you
Because a reply stops the sequence, accurate detection means a person who answers never gets an awkward follow-up, and your reply rate reflects real human responses rather than auto-replies.Working through your Inbox
Open a conversation to read the full message and the history of what was sent. From there you can continue the conversation in your normal email client, or clean up the Inbox by removing items you have handled. Keeping the Inbox tidy helps you focus on the replies that still need a response.
Reply insights
For each inbound message, OSENBOLT can surface a short read-only summary of what the reply seems to be about, along with the signals it noticed in the text. This is there to help you triage faster. You always make the decision and write the response yourself. See Analytics and metrics for how replies feed into your reporting.
